Ridership
Average
weekday ridership for the month of December 2023 was 122,974 up by 6,179 or 5%
from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 20,665,464, up by 5%
from the previous year.
Ridership
continues to recover in 2023 and is still approximately 33.5 percent lower than
pre-pandemic level.

On-Time Performance
System-wide on-time performance
is at 69.4% for the month of December 2023. Out of 117 total routes, 34 routes exceeded
on-time performance of 80% and 0 performed under 50%.
The DTS and OTS Service
Review Committee reviews service levels, including on-time performance monthly.

Safety and Security
The number of reported crimes has increased this
year. These incidents range from graffiti and vandalism to objects thrown at
the bus.

Maintenance
The
electric bus fleet has been restricted due to charger issues with only one
charger operational.
·
Service Modifications
Service
modifications were implemented with the December sign-up and remain in effect
until the March sign-up.

Route 151 will be implemented when Halewiolu Senior
Residence is operational.with
the December sign up.
